JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior AI Developer to join our growing technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and eager to gain hands-on experience working on real-world AI solutions. You will work closely with senior developers, data scientists, and product teams to design, develop, and improve AI-powered applications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of AI and machine learning models
Support data preparation tasks such as data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis
Implement basic machine learning algorithms under guidance from senior team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
Assist in integrating AI models into applications or systems
Participate in model training, evaluation, and performance tuning
Document code, experiments, and development processes
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python (preferred) or Java
Basic knowledge of ML libraries or frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Must be Batangas-based and amenable to working in a hybrid setup
