Job Description:
The Education Operations Analyst will support partner onboarding, learning operations, and reporting within the Education team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day learning operations and maintaining a high level of service across partner and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage partner onboarding activities, including coordination, communication, and system enablement
- Support learning operations, including course access, user management, and LMS administration (Allego)
- Handle learning support queries and ensure timely resolution through internal support channels
- Maintain and update operational dashboards and reports (e.g., training, ELS, partner activity)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Enablement, Finance) for execution and issue resolution
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems such as Salesforce and LMS
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives
