Job Description:

The Education Operations Analyst will support partner onboarding, learning operations, and reporting within the Education team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day learning operations and maintaining a high level of service across partner and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage partner onboarding activities, including coordination, communication, and system enablement
Support learning operations, including course access, user management, and LMS administration (Allego)
Handle learning support queries and ensure timely resolution through internal support channels
Maintain and update operational dashboards and reports (e.g., training, ELS, partner activity)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Enablement, Finance) for execution and issue resolution
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems such as Salesforce and LMS
Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives
