DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

 This role leads operational improvements and transformation program delivery - ensuring alignment with company strategy and the other corporate transformation initiatives, while fostering local adaptability where it delivers clear value. The role is pivotal in harmonizing historically autonomous country operations into a scalable, integrated platform - embedding global standards, shared processes, and performance frameworks while preserving flexibility where it delivers strategic local value.

What success looks like (first 12 months)

  • Established and agreed global roadmap, executed with measurable impact.
  • Service operational performance cadence embedded, driving improved accuracy and data quality improvements,
  • Operational improvements delivered
  • High adoption of global tools and processes with clear ROI tracked.
  • Community of transformation champions established across the regions.
  • Regular insights pack (dashboards, KPIs) driving ROI decisions per quarter.

As the Senior Transformation Manager, you will:

  • Operational Performance & Commercial Management framework
  • Champion a data-driven culture through insights, analytics, and KPI tracking
  • Own Services transformation roadmap in alignment with global priorities
  • Implement scalable life-cycle management processes, covering both pre-sales and post-sales.
  • Ensure regional adoption of global tools and processes while allowing strategic local flexibility.
  • Act as the coordination hub between regional leaders, the Value Creation Office, and BPO teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Senior Transformation Manager will have:

  • 10+ years’ experience of transformation, strategy execution, and/or program management roles within Services organisations

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in commercial and operational contexts.

  • Track record of success in implementing structured change at a global level.

  • Experience in Service Operations leadership roles in complex, transforming contexts.

  • Ex-consultant or strong global Programme Management background

  • Financial acumen: solid understanding of P&L, ROI modelling, and performance dashboards (operational and commercial)

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
