Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee all office environments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and a high-quality workplace experience. The role focuses on facilities management, vendor oversight, and office operations across locations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Office & Facilities Management
Oversee maintenance, upkeep, and functionality of all office spaces.
Ensure health, safety, and security compliance across locations.
Manage space planning, seating arrangements, and workplace optimization.
Coordinate office expansions, relocations, and fit-outs.
2. Vendor & Service Management
- Manage contracts and relationships with service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, utilities).
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLAs are met.
- Handle day-to-day coordination with landlords and building management.
3. Office Operations & Supplies
- Ensure availability of office consumables (stationery, pantry, refreshments).
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities infrastructure.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning work environment.
4. Administration & Employee Experience
- Ensure the office environment supports productivity and employee well-being.
- Coordinate with HR on office readiness (onboarding, events, workspace setup).
- Act as the primary point of contact for facilities-related employee requests.
5. Governance & Reporting
- Manage facilities budgets and track operational spend.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain records of maintenance, incidents, and vendor performance.
- Develop basic reporting on facilities performance and service levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in facilities or office management (Saudi experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of building operations, maintenance, and workplace safety standards.
- Experience managing vendors and service contracts.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
