About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, motivated Junior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on experience building relationships, learning consultative selling, and growing into a full Account Executive role.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for finding and developing new sales opportunities. While you may receive some leads from marketing, a big part of your success will come from building your own pipeline through outreach, networking, and events. You won’t be alone — you’ll have support, training, and a Solutions Architect to help with demos as you learn the full sales process.

What You’ll Do

  • Find and connect with potential customers using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, email, phone, networking, and events
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline with guidance and support from the team
  • Run discovery and scoping calls to learn about customer needs and challenges
  • Work closely with a Solutions Architect who will handle product demos
  • Lead pricing conversations and help move deals toward close
  • Attend a small number of industry trade shows, conferences, and local happy hours to meet people and build relationships
  • Follow up with new contacts and turn conversations into sales opportunities
  • Keep CRM notes and pipeline details organized and up to date
  • Learn, improve, and grow through regular coaching and feedback

What Success Looks Like

  • Building a healthy pipeline through consistent outreach
  • Generating $25,000 in new MRR in your first year
  • Closing deals with an average size of around $1,900 MRR
  • Developing confidence running calls and managing deals from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Comfortable reaching out to new people and starting conversations
  • Friendly, confident communicator — in writing, on the phone, and in person
  • Organized and willing to learn how to manage a sales pipeline
  • Coachable, positive, and motivated to grow
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or a CRM is a plus (but not required)
