About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Regional Operations Manager to oversee and scale our operations in Nigeria. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, team oversight, and infrastructure development as we continue expanding our presence in the region.

The ideal candidate will bring strong general management experience and the ability to balance strategic oversight with day-to-day operational execution. This individual will serve as the operational lead for Nigeria, supporting regional strategy, strengthening infrastructure, and ensuring alignment with global objectives. This role will work in close partnership with the Regional Manager to strengthen operational execution, enhance infrastructure, and support continued regional growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations within the Nigeria office, ensuring efficiency and structure
Supervise payroll processing and administrative functions to ensure compliance and accuracy
Lead and coordinate the existing local team, conducting regular meetings to track projects, priorities, and results
Provide hands-on operational support while ensuring alignment with company objectives
Oversee the build-out and infrastructure development of the office, including procurement of equipment and operational resources
Establish and implement processes to support scalable growth
Monitor performance metrics and operational effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement
Act as the key operational point of contact for leadership regarding regional activities
Support regional growth initiatives, including talent evaluation and potential signing processes

Experience and Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in general management, operations leadership, or similar roles
Proven experience managing teams and overseeing operational processes
Strong understanding of business functions including payroll, administration, and office management
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Solid understanding of the music industry, including terminology, release workflows (EPs, singles, albums), artist development, and regional signing processes, is strongly preferred.
Experience working in emerging or high-growth markets is a plus
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to operate independently and build structure in developing environments
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to scale operations efficiently
