Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

This is a position within Keller Executive Search and not with one of its clients.

As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s financial strategy and performance. You will partner closely with senior leadership to develop financial plans, conduct comprehensive analysis, and deliver actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.

  • Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support business initiatives.

  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide variance explanations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and align financial plans.

  • Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Support strategic projects with financial insights and scenario analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial insights.

  • Ability to collaborate across departments and influence decision-making.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.

  • Prior experience in professional services or recruitment industry is advantageous.

Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000 (commensurate with experience and capability)
