This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and execution-focused marketing professional who will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Executive, you will work across multiple channels to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, content is optimized, and marketing operations run smoothly. The role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, along with hands-on experience in marketing tools and platforms.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage campaigns, update digital assets, and track performance metrics. A strong understanding of digital marketing practices, content creation, and campaign coordination will be essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Support campaign management and reporting using HubSpot
  • Manage and update website content through CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
  • Create and design marketing materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Develop engaging content for webpages, blogs, and social media platforms
  • Optimize content based on SEO best practices to improve visibility and performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and content quality across platforms
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing execution, digital marketing, or coordination roles
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for campaign support and reporting
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for different formats
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on execution, quality, and continuous improvement
