Postman is looking for an EMEA Field Marketing Lead to drive pipeline growth and market expansion across key European regions. This role sits within Revenue Marketing and is focused on turning global campaign strategy into regionally relevant, high-impact programs that engage developers, product teams, and enterprise buyers. You’ll own how Postman shows up in-market across EMEA — bringing together events, ABM, digital, and partner marketing into cohesive programs that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

What You’ll Do EMEA Pipeline Strategy & Regional GTM Execution Translate global campaign strategy into EMEA-focused marketing plans aligned to pipeline goals. Prioritize key markets (UK, France, Germany) and tailor execution based on regional dynamics. Partner with sales to align marketing to territory plans, target accounts, and pipeline gaps. Ensure strong alignment between regional execution and global GTM priorities. Integrated Campaign Orchestration (Field + Digital + ABM) Execute multi-channel programs that combine: In-person events and hosted experiences Virtual programs and webinars Account-based marketing (1:1, 1:few) Always-on digital support Orchestrate campaigns across the full funnel — from awareness to deal acceleration. Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all regional touch points. Sales Partnership & Account Engagement Work closely with EMEA sales leaders and SDR teams to: Identify and prioritize target accounts Build account engagement plans Support pipeline creation and progression Act as a strategic partner to sales — not just a program executor. Bring marketing into active deals to increase win rates and velocity. Events & Field Programs Own the strategy and execution of EMEA field events, including: First-party events and roadshows Executive roundtables and VIP experiences Industry conferences and sponsorships Focus on quality of engagement and pipeline impact, not just attendance. Partner & Ecosystem Marketing Collaborate with partners to deliver joint campaigns and co-marketing programs. Extend reach through partner ecosystems across key EMEA markets. Align partner activity to pipeline and strategic account priorities. Localization & Market Insight Adapt global messaging and campaigns for regional relevance. Provide feedback to global teams on market trends, buyer behavior, and competitive signals. Ensure Postman’s voice resonates across diverse EMEA audiences Performance & Pipeline Accountability Own KPIs tied to pipeline creation, influence, and ROI. Track program performance and optimize based on what drives results. Partner with Marketing Analytics to measure impact and improve execution. Maintain clear visibility into how regional marketing contributes to revenue. What Success Looks Like Consistent growth in EMEA pipeline (sourced and influenced). Strong alignment between marketing and sales on target accounts and priorities. High-performing programs that drive engagement, conversion, and deal acceleration. Scalable, repeatable field marketing plays across key regions. Clear contribution of EMEA marketing to global revenue goals. What Else?
