We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition. This person will be responsible for planning, launching and optimizing campaigns with clear ownership over performance metrics.

Our team is in Mexico, so the work will be time zone specific.

This is a high-accountability role. You will not only manage campaigns, but also contribute to strategy, testing frameworks, and cross-functional alignment.

Challenges that await you:

Own campaign execution and performance across multiple ad platforms.
Monitor and improve core metrics such as CAC, CVR, CTR, and volume.
Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
Understand and optimize acquisition based on unit economics and funnel performance
Identify performance drivers and translate insights into action
Collaborate closely with creative teams to improve ad effectiveness
Work with analytics and product teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
Proactively surface risks and opportunities

What makes you a great fit:

Minimum 3 of experience managing web paid campaigns
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive measurable growth
Solid understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and experimentation
Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
Ownership mindset, you take responsibility for outcomes
Ability to operate independently without constant supervision
Focus on impact over activity
English level B2+

Nice to Have:

Fluent in English and Spanish is a strong plus
Experience in fintech or banking.
Experience managing >5-figure monthly budgets
