Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Roles and Responsibilities:

Define and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead the Enterprise design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA across multiple modules and integrated systems
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Ensure integration of SAP with other enterprise systems (CRM, SCM, BI, etc.).
Govern SAP architecture standards, best practices, and documentation.
Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP project teams and solution architects.
Oversee SAP system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance standards.
Support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Required Experience:

15+ years of experience in SAP architecture, including at least 3 years in a lead or enterprise architect role.
Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, BW, etc.) and integration points.
Experience with cloud platforms (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or greenfield/brownfield implementations.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering
SAP Certified Technology Associate or SAP Certified Application Associate (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP BTP).
TOGAF Certification or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is highly preferred.
