Job Description
We are looking for a Procurement Business Process Owner – PR2PO to design and shape the future of Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order processes at Philips.
This role focuses on process vision, simplification, and transformation, with strong exposure to senior Procurement stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
- Define and own the end‑to‑end process landscape for the assigned Procurement area
- Design the future state of processes, ensuring simplification and scalability in a complex global environment
- Lead and manage a team responsible for process execution and improvement
- Drive process adoption across the Procurement organization
- Support Procurement digital transformation initiatives (in close collaboration with PMO and digital teams)
- Act as a key interface between Procurement leadership, internal user communities, and selected external partners
- Ensure process efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement
- Translate business needs into clear process designs and governance standards
What we are looking for
- 6-8 years of experience in process design, transformation, or change management
- Strong process and systems thinking
- Ability to create and communicate a clear process vision
- Digital mindset and openness to new tools
- People leadership experience
- Procurement experience is a plus, not a requirement
