Job Description\n---------------\n\nJob Purpose:  \n \nDesign modular houses including 3D’s, shop drawings and BOQ’s. Procure all materials and subcontractors for the site.\n\n \nJob Duties: \n\n* Use AutoCAD, sketchup or revit and 3Dmax to design and render prefabricated concrete houses of different styles and sizes.\n* Develop execution and shop drawings for the houses.\n* Extract the bill of quantity and prepare the subcontractor packages.\n* Quote and compare the subcontractor offers.\n* Coordinate with the client for the design, construction schedule and any contractual issue.\n* Prepare drawings and quotations for new houses and provide technical support for the sales team.
