The Facility Management Technician is to ensure the implementation and monitoring of new works, the monitoring of building maintenance contracts, general service contracts (cleaning, reception, security ...).

Grow with us - Your responsabilites

Implement the new works of the site (factory, headquarters, offices...)
Deal with external service providers
Look for potential suppliers
Write or modify contracts of the providers for validation by her/his hierarchy
Participate in infrastructure projects

Technical level in industrial maintenance
Excellent knowledge of internal management processes (orders, invoices, inventories...)
Excellent knowledge CMMS
Good general knowledge in electricity, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics
Very good regulatory knowledge in infrastructures
