💼 The Role
As a Recruiting Sourcer (LATAM) at Martell Media, you’ll play a critical role in helping us attract and engage top talent across marketing, sales, operations, and leadership roles.
You’ll be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing, initial outreach, and pre-screening. This role is ideal for someone who loves research, thoughtful messaging, and being the foundation of great hires.
🔍 What You’ll Do
Sourcing & Outreach
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outbound strategies
Build targeted talent pipelines aligned with role requirements and Martell Media values
Conduct personalized outreach and follow-ups via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Pre-screen candidates for baseline qualifications, motivation, and culture alignment
Pipeline Management
Maintain clean and accurate candidate records in our ATS
Track outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline health
Share weekly sourcing updates and insights with the recruiting and leadership team
Collaboration & Support
Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role priorities
Iterate on sourcing strategies based on feedback and hiring outcomes
Continuously improve sourcing processes, templates, and messaging
🧠 What You Bring
Required
1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills
Excellent written communication in English
Comfort with outbound messaging and follow-ups
High attention to detail and strong organization skills
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Preferred
Experience sourcing for marketing, sales, or operations roles
Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems
Experience supporting US or Canadian companies
A data-driven mindset with curiosity to test and improve outreach strategies
