Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to own the operating rhythm between our external marketing agencies and internal sales team. You'll run the recurring reporting cadence, coordinate monthly agency reviews, spot performance anomalies early, and ensure the founder isn't the glue holding marketing operations together.
This role exists to create visibility and control over marketing inputs (spend, leads, cost per lead) and sales outputs (quotes, conversions) without the founder chasing reports, booking meetings, or discovering problems six weeks late. You'll maintain weekly dashboards, deliver monthly performance summaries, manage agency deadlines, and build the feedback loop between sales and marketing partners. This is coordination and issue-spotting, not creative marketing execution.
1-3+ years of marketing operations, agency coordination, or marketing support experience
Strong organisational systems with relentless follow-through on deadlines and recurring tasks
Ability to read marketing performance reports (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and spot material changes in key metrics
Excellent written communication skills for turning raw data into clear, decision-oriented summaries
Experience managing external agencies or vendors with polite but firm accountability
Comfortable with basic data tracking concepts (cost per lead, conversion rates, lead source attribution)
Proven ability to maintain recurring meeting schedules and extract deliverables from external partners on time
Self-directed operator who can run a weekly rhythm without constant oversight
Pattern recognition skills to flag abnormal performance within 48 hours of detection
Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or CRM reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar)
Commercial judgement focused on revenue protection and lead quality over vanity metrics
Low-ego collaborator who works smoothly with sales teams and agencies without creating friction
Performance-based bonus structure tied to operational consistency (reports on time, meetings held, anomalies flagged)
Fully remote position with flexible working arrangements
Direct impact on business decision-making quality and response time
Removes founder bottleneck and creates professional marketing operations rhythm
Opportunity to build tracking infrastructure and own the marketing-to-sales feedback loop
Low-friction environment where your job is to surface truth quickly, not create political theatre
