What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day) As a Technical Pilot of our equipment, you will support our embossing, sealing, or inspection departments. Your mission is to ensure operational uptime and zero-defect quality.

Operate & Monitor: Set up and run machinery using Six Sigma procedures and continuous monitoring devices.

Quality Control: Read photometric samples and make critical decisions to ensure every product meets our high standards.

Troubleshoot: Take initiative to find root causes of malfunctions rather than applying "band-aid" fixes.

Collaborate: Work cross-functionally to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.

Shift & Pay

Current Opening: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Mon-Fri).

Training: Must be available for initial training on 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM).

Pay: $21.58/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential

Overtime: Regularly available to support our customer focus.
