Staff Consultant - HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring the effective delivery of HR programs while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The ideal candidate brings strong HR generalist experience, sound judgment in employee relations, and the ability to translate people insights into actionable recommendations that support business objectives\n\nKey Responsibilities.\n\n* Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding.\n* Drive employee engagement initiatives and support culture-building programs.\n* Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.\n* Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver HR programs effectively.\n* Provide HR insights and data to leadership to support informed decision-making.\n* Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
