Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee on-time, efficient delivery of products and services that exceed client expectations.
- Lead and coordinate delivery teams across multiple projects.
- Manage scope, resources, and risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Act as the main client contact, building trust and long-term partnerships.
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Drive growth opportunities by identifying ways to expand and strengthen services.
- Ensure projects involving AI, data, and automation are delivered with innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Delivery or Project Management roles.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Proven experience managing complex projects with distributed teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources in high-demand environments.
- Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data, or Automation projects.
- English C1 (Advanced) – mandatory.
- Background in technology consulting, software development, or digital transformation is a strong plus.
