Key Responsibilities

Guarantee on-time, efficient delivery of products and services that exceed client expectations.
Lead and coordinate delivery teams across multiple projects.
Manage scope, resources, and risks to ensure smooth execution.
Act as the main client contact, building trust and long-term partnerships.
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
Drive growth opportunities by identifying ways to expand and strengthen services.
Ensure projects involving AI, data, and automation are delivered with innovation and excellence.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Delivery or Project Management roles.
Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Proven experience managing complex projects with distributed teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources in high-demand environments.
Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data, or Automation projects.
English C1 (Advanced) – mandatory.
Background in technology consulting, software development, or digital transformation is a strong plus.
