Centific Global Solutions is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to enhancing user experiences in the digital landscape. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with high proficiency in understanding Traditional Chinese Character to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in grading search results based on in-country knowledge and evaluating the relevance of search outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on the search evaluation project based on a deep understanding of user intent and relevance.
- Evaluate and grade search results based on the in-country knowledge and culture to enhance the relevance of search evaluations.
- Analyze and comprehend user intent behind search queries to optimize search result grading.
- Ensure the highest quality standards in search result evaluation processes.
Job Requirements:
- Preferrable high proficiency in the Traditional Chinese character with excellent reading, writing, and comprehension skills (both natives and non-natives are welcome to apply).
- Tech-savvy, with a preference for candidates familiar with Mac operating systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow directions and perform time bound tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Willing to work i our Georgetown office for 5 working days (Monday to Friday) from 8 AM to 5 PM.
