About the role:
INVIDI is expanding beyond technology to become a major player in the Indian media sales landscape.
We are building a new Advertising Sales House to lead the market for Addressable TV and CTV Monetization, and we need a high-impact Regional Sales Head (Agency Engagement) to drive our presence with key stakeholders.
Reporting to the Head of Revenue, this is a senior leadership role where you will manage a regional revenue roadmap and leverage our world-class tech to unlock revenue for DTH, Cable, and digital partners.
In this role, you thrive at the intersection of data-driven technology and premium media buying, acting as the primary face of INVIDI for major agencies.
You will be responsible for scaling market presence, driving revenue across Linear Addressable and CTV/OTT, and ensuring INVIDI is the essential partner for modern, targeted video advertising in your region.
Key responsibilities:
Regional Leadership: Execute the commercial strategy for the region, transitioning INVIDI into a premium media sales partner for local agency hubs.
Revenue Generation: Carry and exceed regional revenue targets, ensuring consistent growth across the Sales House portfolio.
Agency Evangelism: Sell the value of 'Linear Addressable' to senior leadership at major media agencies (WPP, Publicis, IPG, etc.) and direct brand advertisers.
Inventory Management: Work with DTH, Cable, and CTV partners to package and monetize regional inventory using INVIDI’s proprietary tech.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with CMOs and Agency Heads to ensure INVIDI is a 'first-look' partner for targeted campaigns.
Team Management: Mentor and lead a regional team of sales managers and planners to deliver high-performance results.
Requirements:
Experience: 12-15 years in Media Sales, with at least 3-5 years in a regional or agency leadership role.
Domain Expertise: A proven track record in TV Ad Sales (DTH/Cable) with significant experience in Digital Video/OTT Sales.
Network: An existing, high-level 'open-door' relationship with top-tier agency heads and brand marketers across the region.
Hybrid Mindset: Ability to sell the technical precision of Digital (targeting, attribution) within the high-reach environment of Linear TV.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working in a 'startup' environment within a global organization—building processes and regional presence from scratch.
Physical Requirements:
- INVIDI is a conscious, clean, well-organized, and supportive office environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are normal.
