Executive Assistant

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.

At Lucidya, the CEO operates at high velocity, across investors, government stakeholders, enterprise clients, and internal teams. To sustain and accelerate that pace, we need someone who can act as a force multiplier.

You won’t just manage a calendar - you’ll bring order to chaos, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and step into high-stakes situations with confidence and sound judgment.

This role is critical to how effectively the CEO operates, how decisions are executed, and ultimately, how fast Lucidya moves.

What You’ll Do

Own the CEO’s time and priorities

You’ll ruthlessly optimize the CEO’s calendar - ensuring every meeting has a clear purpose, the right attendees, and a defined outcome. You’ll anticipate conflicts before they happen and protect time for deep work and strategic thinking.

Turn meetings into action

You’ll sit in key meetings, capture what actually matters, and drive follow-ups to completion. Nothing gets lost. You’ll ensure decisions translate into execution.

Act as a bridge across the business

You’ll work closely with internal teams, investors, board members, and external partners - ensuring communication is clear, timely, and aligned with priorities.

Handle sensitive and high-stakes matters

From legal coordination to investor materials, you’ll review, organise, and prepare critical documents before they reach the CEO- ensuring quality and accuracy at all times.

Run operations behind the scenes

You’ll manage office operations, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.

Take ownership beyond the office

This role extends into personal support - handling errands, travel, reservations, and time-sensitive requests with discretion and efficiency.

Drive things forward

You’ll proactively follow up on projects, push stakeholders when needed, and ensure deadlines are met - without waiting to be asked.
