Desktop Support Technician

We’re hiring: Desktop Support Technician (L1/L2)

If you enjoy solving real problems (not just closing tickets), this role is for you.

At IBC, we are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to support international clients and deliver a high-quality IT experience across end-user environments. This is not a call center role; it is hands-on, technical, and client-facing.

What you will do:
•⁠  ⁠Support workstation deployments and end-user environments
•⁠  ⁠Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
•⁠  ⁠Manage onboarding/offboarding and system upgrades
•⁠  ⁠Work with tools such as Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and ticketing systems
•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure smooth operations

What we are looking for:
•⁠  ⁠2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
•⁠  ⁠Experience with Windows and macOS
•⁠  ⁠Strong troubleshooting mindset (you go beyond basic fixes)
•⁠  ⁠English level B2+ or C1 (required)
•⁠  ⁠Organized, proactive, and client-focused

Nice to have:
•⁠  ⁠MSP experience
•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with Intune, Entra ID, or SIEM platforms
