To complement our rapid growth, we are actively looking for talented and experienced Net New Sales Representatives for our Commercial (Inside) Sales team. Five9 headquarters and Commercial Sales Team are located in San Ramon or San Francisco, California. Key Responsibilities Nurture and follow up on warm leads (no cold calls) Build and manage a sales pipeline Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle Identify, qualify, and close prospects; overcome objections through consultative approach Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI’s (key performance indicators) and monthly quota Track and manage opportunities in Salesforce.com CRM following standard Five9 internal sales process Articulate company value proposition Be the subject matter expert on all services and products offered by Five9 Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player Key Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct sales - preferably in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) or Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) Excellent sales and presentation skills via phone, email and web-conference Demonstrated success in driving sales process and closing business over the phone Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com Industry experience is a huge plus, but not required Energetic, upbeat, tenacious, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills College degree (BA/BS) is required Desired Skills Knowledge and understanding of contact center and unified communications technology and concepts Cloud services; VoIP Previous experience with Salesforce.com CRM Software-as-a-Service Applications (Cloud) experience and understanding Work Location: This role is hybrid. 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office is required. All compensation and benefits are subject to the requirements and restrictions set forth in the applicable plan documents and any written agreements between the parties. The US base salary range for this role is below. $39,600—$76,800 USD
