Location: Remote - Missouri. MUST be based in Missouri and licensed in the state of Missouri and Kansas to be considered.

Scope of Work:

Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, and state regulations.
Provide guidance on complex transactions and compliance-related escalations, applying sound risk-based judgment.
Proactively recruit and attract top-producing agents by showcasing our technology, marketing, and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, supporting them through onboarding and brokerage transitions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance agent experience and operational efficiency.
Manage a high volume of agents in a fast-paced, high-growth brokerage environment, ensuring compliance and operational support.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
