Technical Recruiter at Capi: Role overview and responsibilities for scaling Engineering and Product teams across multiple roles and geographies. Full-cycle technical hiring across multiple roles and geographies, partnering with Engineering leadership and Talent team to hit targets and KPIs. Build relationships with candidates, shape technical hiring strategy, ensure high-quality candidate and hiring-team experience. Key responsibilities include designing and executing recruitment strategies, owning full-cycle process from sourcing to offer and onboarding, creating compelling job descriptions, sourcing through multiple channels, managing external partners and SLAs, screening candidates and managing interview process, driving tech networking and communities, maintaining a strong candidate network, tracking metrics and improving processes, and developing technical assessment processes.

Requirements include at least 3+ years of technical recruitment experience (preferably in startup/scale-up or agency), track record of hiring engineers and technical roles at scale, understanding of technical roles and market trends, experience with modern recruitment tools (e.g., Ashby, Welcome to the Jungle, Juicebox/Ppl GPT, Github, Cord), excellent communication and relationship-building, strong organizational skills, openness to travel to other offices, fluent in English and French.
