If you're passionate about building ambitious products in a flexible, fast-paced environment, wed love to hear from you!\n\n### Your Role\n\nAs a key member of our development team, you will:\n\n* Lead the design and development of innovative web and mobile applications.\n \n* Focus primarily on backend development (70%) in Python, while contributing to frontend tasks (30%) using React and React Native.\n \n* Architect scalable and reusable backend systems using frameworks like Django or FastAPI.\n \n* Build robust APIs and ensure high standards of performance, reliability, and security.\n \n* Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and stakeholders from concept to deployment.\n \n* Optimize application performance and handle challenges related to data processing and system integrations.\n \n* Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices.\n \n* Use AI tools to streamline development workflows and enhance product features.\n\n### What Were Looking For\n\n* Experience: 5+ years in software development, with strong backend expertise in Python and a solid grasp of frontend technologies.\n \n* Backend: Proficiency with Python, Django/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).\n \n* Frontend/Mobile: Experience with React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and knowledge of mobile CI/CD and performance best practices.\n \n* AI/Automation: Comfort with AI tools to support dev productivity and automation.\n \n* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex issues and delivering high-quality results.\n \n* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setup.\n \n* Product Mindset: Focused on user experience and able to turn business needs into scalable tech solutions.\n \n* Team Spirit: Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a distributed, agile startup environment.\n\n* Bonus: Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or scaling products in high-growth startups.
