We’re hiring a Full-Stack Developer to work across backend systems and modern front-end applications in a cloud-native, event-driven environment. This is a hands-on role for engineers who enjoy ownership, clean architecture, and building reliable systems that operate at real scale in healthcare.

What You’ll Do

- Build backend services with Node.js / TypeScript on AWS

- Design event-driven systems using queues and async workflows

- Develop React / Next.js frontend features

- Build and consume APIs (API Gateway–style architectures)

- Work with SQL-based databases for transactional workloads

- Contribute to serverless infrastructure and cloud architecture

What We’re Looking For

- Strong TypeScript / JavaScript, Node.js, SQL

- Hands-on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, core services)

- Experience with message queues / event-driven systems

- Frontend experience with React and Next.js

Nice to Have

- PostgreSQL and relational database design

- Serverless Stack, AWS CDK, IaC (Terraform / Pulumi)
