Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues including internet access, Wi-Fi connectivity, and device performance evaluation. Assist users in performing data backup procedures and verifying file storage in approved platforms such as Google Drive. Install and configure network devices such as access points and ensure proper placement for optimal signal coverage. Perform operating system migrations (e.g., Windows 10 to Windows 11) and support security software migrations such as endpoint protection solutions. Conduct data cabinet grooming and ensure proper arrangement and management of network equipment and cabling. Receive, document, and manage IT equipment deliveries ensuring proper asset tagging and inventory updates.
