About the Position: Corporate Lawyer (Pasig)
Start Date: ASAP

Work Arrangement: Onsite in Pasig

Shift: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

Licensed lawyer registered with the Philippine Bar and in good standing
Juris Doctor graduate
Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a law firm, including handling litigation cases
At least 5 years in a senior management role
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
A. Legal Review and Recommendations

Conduct detailed reviews of highly sensitive legal documents to ensure that statements, terms, obligations, and other provisions do not harm the company's interests.
Provide legal advice on critical matters referred by the Legal Department, considering legal risks and possible outcomes.
Identify potential risks, threats, and issues in existing documents and communications, offering appropriate solutions or remedies.

B. Legal Consultation

Offer advice and recommendations to department and business unit heads on legal matters related to corporate affairs, labor relations, conflict resolution, and other legal implications.

C. Representation

Act on behalf of the company in correspondence with external parties for high-stakes negotiations and conflict resolution.
Lead or observe negotiations for significant contracts that involve legal risks.
Represent the company in negotiations, conflict resolution, mediations, court proceedings, and arbitration, coordinating with external lawyers as needed.
