We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of AI-driven projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, AI technologies, and data science, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

This role plays a critical part in guiding AI strategy and execution, driving real business value through advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage AI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals are met within the set timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and status reports.
Oversee the development and implementation of AI models, algorithms, and solutions that drive business value.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
Ensure adherence to AI and data governance standards, ethical guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Foster a collaborative and agile working environment to ensure effective teamwork and high-quality delivery.
Evaluate the impact of AI solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on AI, data science, or technology-driven projects.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, data science, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Fluency in English (C1 level) is required for effective communication with global teams and stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
Experience working with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Background in data analytics, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
