Postman is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth and market development across Germany. This role sits within Revenue Marketing and is focused on executing localized, high-impact programs that resonate with a technical and detail-oriented audience. You’ll adapt regional strategy into in-market execution that builds trust, credibility, and pipeline. You’ll work closely with sales to align marketing to account priorities and pipeline goals, ensuring programs are tailored to the unique dynamics of the German market.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to localize effectively and execute programs that drive meaningful engagement and pipeline.

What You’ll Do Germany Pipeline Contribution & Localization Execute regional marketing plans tailored to the German market Drive pipeline creation and early- to mid-funnel engagement Ensure strong localization of messaging and programs Integrated Campaign Execution (Field + Digital + ABM) Execute integrated programs across: In-person and virtual events Account-based marketing programs Digital campaign support Ensure campaigns are adapted for local relevance and effectiveness Sales Partnership & Account Engagement Partner with Germany sales teams to: Identify target accounts Execute account engagement strategies Support pipeline progression Align marketing efforts with sales priorities and territory plans Events & Field Programs Execute field programs including: Local events and roadshows Industry conferences and sponsorships Partner-led activations Focus on building trust and credibility through high-quality engagement Localization & Market Insight Adapt messaging, content, and experiences for the German audience Provide feedback on market trends, buyer behavior, and competition Performance & Pipeline Accountability Track performance against pipeline KPIs Optimize programs based on outcomes and insights Ensure visibility into Germany’s contribution to regional pipeline
