Internship : Procurement Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Source Agricultural parts from Eastern & Southern European suppliers.
• Handle one-off procurement requests and turn them into repeat, contractual supplier relationships.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers, with focus on reliability, pricing, and availability.
• Gain experience hegotiating pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships — you enjoy negotiation and long-term value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (business, supply chain, economics, engineering, or similar) — completed or in final year.
• Native/Fluent Polish (C1/C2) or other Eastern European language alongside strong English.
• A natural relationship-builder — you enjoy conversations, follow-ups, and helping people.
• Strong interest in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Comfortable negotiating with suppliers and following up persistently.
• Curious and comfortable using data and AI tools to support analysis and decisions
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Any prior experience in procurement, supplier management, or operations.
• Experience sourcing industrial, technical, or spare parts.
• Understanding of contract negotiation or framework agreements
