Position Overview
LevelUp is seeking an Integration Specialist to help build and scale modern integrations for its diverse client base. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional with a strong API and development background who wants to own real outcomes. You will be a key player in developing productised integration solutions, working in a dynamic, high-ownership, and no-ego team environment where you can make a tangible impact.
Responsibilities
- Build integrations using middleware (iPaaS).
- Work with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and perform data mapping.
- Deploy and optimise integration templates for scalability and efficiency.
- Support customer workshops and contribute to expert solution design.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of projects, from kick-off to go-live.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an integrations or development role.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Experience with middleware tools (e.g., iPaaS) or a strong keenness to learn them.
- Confidence and experience in working directly with customers.
- Bonus: Prior experience in HR tech, payroll, finance, or ERP systems.

- This is a fully remote position with a standard 40-hour work week.
