We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Professional to support the organization’s legal and commercial operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly within technology or SaaS environments. With 2+ years of post-qualification experience, you will play a key role in enabling business growth by ensuring legal compliance, managing contracts, and supporting negotiations across a range of business functions.

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across business, finance, and operations teams to provide practical legal advice and ensure that all agreements align with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end contract lifecycles, from drafting and review to negotiation and execution, while maintaining a strong balance between legal risk mitigation and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal documents including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and other commercial contracts
Build and maintain a centralized repository of standard contractual templates and legal documents
Lead end-to-end contract management, including negotiation, execution, renewal, and amendments
Represent the organization in contract negotiations with clients and external stakeholders
Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, dispute resolution, and statutory compliance matters
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align legal strategies accordingly
Support legal aspects of employment agreements and internal policies
Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions to enable smooth business operations
Assist in revising and renegotiating existing contracts in line with updated company policies
Ensure all contracts and processes adhere to applicable laws and regulatory frameworks

What Makes You a Great Fit

LLB degree from a recognized institution
2+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT/ITES or SaaS-based contracts
Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial agreements, and contract lifecycle management
Proven ability to balance legal risk with business priorities in commercial transactions
Experience handling end-to-end contract negotiations with clients and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to software product companies or corporate legal teams is an added advantage
High level of ownership, professionalism, and process orientation
