We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP + CRM Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade SAP solutions. In this role, you will work at the intersection of SAP ABAP development and SAP CRM, contributing to the enhancement and integration of business-critical systems.
You will be responsible for delivering scalable and efficient solutions by translating business requirements into technical designs, building custom developments, and ensuring seamless integration across SAP and non-SAP systems. The role requires hands-on experience in SAP CRM modules, along with a deep understanding of ABAP development frameworks and tools. You will also play a key role in supporting CRM processes across sales, service, and marketing functions while ensuring system performance and stability.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance SAP ABAP objects including reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and conversions
- Work on SAP CRM technical components such as Web UI, Middleware, BOL/GENIL, and One Order framework
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within SAP ABAP and CRM modules
- Develop and manage integrations between SAP CRM and other SAP/non-SAP systems using interfaces and APIs
- Perform debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution to ensure optimal system functionality
- Support CRM processes including Sales, Service, Marketing, and customer interaction workflows
- Execute data migration, reporting, and custom development activities as required
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure system stability and performance
- Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP development, documentation, and governance
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and SAP CRM technical support
- Strong expertise in ABAP concepts including Reports, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, BADI, BAPI, RFC, ALE/IDocs, and OData
- Solid experience in SAP CRM technical areas such as Web UI, Middleware, BOL/GENIL, and CRM enhancements
- Good understanding of CRM Order Management and Service processes
- Proven experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Experience integrating SAP CRM with ECC or S/4HANA systems
- Knowledge of SAP HANA and CDS Views is an added advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a hybrid and fast-paced project environment
