We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on automated trading monitoring solutions. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between Dealing, Analytics, and Technology teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and risk requirements for dealing and risk automation initiatives
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Manage project delivery timelines, scope, dependencies, and risks
Coordinate across Dealing, Technology, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Prioritize backlog items and support release planning

Requirements

Strong experience in business analysis and/or project management
Good understanding of trading workflows
Familiarity with data-driven and automated systems
Experience with data analysis and automation tools (e.g. Python, SQL)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured requirements
Organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
