Content Moderator Porto, Portugal (On-site)

We are currently recruiting motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Content Moderation team in Porto, Portugal. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, ideal for candidates seeking stable employment with growth potential in an international work environment.

Position: Content Moderator
Location: Porto, Portugal
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week 24/7 rotating shifts
Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
Start Date: December 4th (Training begins)

Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate user-generated content according to internal guidelines.
Ensure that platform standards and community rules are respected.
Identify and report content that may violate policies (e.g., harmful or inappropriate content).
Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all decisions.
Work within dynamic shift rotations, including nights and weekends.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail and ability to make consistent judgments.
Good stress management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
No prior experience required, full training provided.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: 1000 x 14 months
Shift bonuses: Additional pay for night and weekend shifts
Meal voucher included
Performance bonus: 100 x 11 months
Accommodation option available:
Fully furnished room + utilities + cleaning services for 280 per month
