Staff Engineer / Salesforce QA Tester
Role: QA with Salesforce testing experience\nLocation: Atlanta, GA 30338 (Once in a week work from office)\nDuration: 6 months + possible extension\n\nJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce Field Service (FSL/FSM) solutions.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong QA background with hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications, particularly within the Field Service Lightning (FSL) module.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n* Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to design test strategies and detailed test cases for Salesforce Field Service implementations.\n* Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce Field Service modules, including scheduling, dispatching, work orders, service appointments, and mobile functionality.\n* Validate mobile and web interfaces used by field technicians and service agents.\n* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.\n* Design and maintain test automation scripts (using tools like Selenium, Provar, or others integrated with Salesforce).\n* Perform data validation and backend testing using SOQL/SOSL queries.\n* Document and report defects clearly using test management and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).\n* Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.\n* Ensure compliance with best practices in QA processes and Salesforce configuration standards.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n* 4+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in Salesforce testing.\n* Proven experience testing Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) modules.\n* Familiarity with Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, Dispatcher Console, and Mobile App.\n* Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.\n* Experience with testing APIs and integrations involving Salesforce.\n* Ability to write and execute SOQL queries for test validations.\n* Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Provar, Tosca, or equivalent.\n* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail.\n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n* Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Field Service Consultant, or Platform App Builder.\n* Experience in CI/CD pipeline environments with test automation integration.\n* Familiarity with ServiceMax or other field service solutions (optional but a plus).\n* Experience working with offshore QA teams
