Account Director, Client Management

As part of the Role Overview, you will be responsible for driving client success, ensuring profitability, and fostering a high-performance team culture. You will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning Jellyfish’s solutions with their business objectives while proactively identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Additionally, you will mentor and support the client operations team while also identifying opportunities and challenges with the VP or Client Partner ensuring operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
