We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator (Part-Time) to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role is focused on general office administration, basic coordination tasks, and maintaining an efficient and well-organised working environment.

The ideal candidate will be practical, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out day-to-day office administration duties.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
  • Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Manage office supplies, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
  • Support general office upkeep, cleanliness, and basic maintenance coordination.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and internal office coordination.
  • Process and track basic office expenses where required.
  • Support record keeping and documentation updates.
  • Provide general ad hoc administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an office administration or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a varied and fast-moving office environment.
  • Basic proficiency in office systems (email, Google Workspace, spreadsheets).
