We are seeking a highly organized Accounting Analyst to support core accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries.
Post manual cash journal entries and resolve refunds and payment transactions collaborating with cross functional teams.
Maintain and update accounting records.
Support month-end and year-end close with accruals, prepaids, adjustments and reconciliations.
Prepare bank account reconciliations.
Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts.
Research and correct account discrepancies.
Report to accounting manager and suggest process improvements.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
1–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
Working knowledge of GAAP principles
Experience using NetSuite or comparable ERP systems preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in financial records
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful, self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Curious mindset with the confidence to ask questions and seek clarification when needed
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
