Location & Flexibility

Our interns are integral parts of our teams at TELUS Digital. Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices. In order to help retain this culture, this role will maintain an in-office presence in a hybrid capacity from our office in Buenos Aires (1 to 2 times/ week).

The Opportunity

As a Software Engineering Intern at TELUS Digital, you’ll impact our organization by working alongside a passionate team and learning and developing your love for app development technology. Our internship program gives current students the chance to make an impact, all while receiving one-on-one mentoring from our full-time team members. Not only that, but you'll have a fun and exciting office to go to, and plenty of chances to socialize with your fellow interns. We'll have you with us throughout the university year, and yes, it is definitely paid. Not a bad gig, right?

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day work will influence millions of users
You’ll have the opportunity to learn every day from engineering leadership
Hands-on experience by collaboratively working on real client work
You’ll build amazing products people love
You’ll participate in the delivery of large and complex software projects in a team-based environment

Qualifications

Currently attending one of the following universities:ITBA, UNSAM, UBA, UTN, UADE, AUSTRAL
Advanced student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
Students with at least 18 months remaining until graduation (graduating in December 2027 or later).
A self-starter who embraces new technologies.
A commitment to delivering quality code for best-in-class digital experiences.
Strong academic foundation in algorithms, data structures, and databases
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Availability to work in a hybrid model from our office in Buenos Aires.
Availability of 20 hours a week for at least 1 year of internship.
Intermediate to Advanced English level.
Applicants must be authorized to work permanently for any employer in Argentina.
