We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage project coordination and studio operations within a design-led environment. This role acts as the operational backbone, ensuring that ideas are translated into well-executed outcomes through structured planning, vendor coordination, and process management. Working closely with leadership, the individual will bring clarity to complex workflows, streamline product development, and ensure timely execution across multiple projects. This position is ideal for someone who appreciates design and craftsmanship, thrives in dynamic environments, and excels at turning creative concepts into structured, actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring clear milestones, tracking, and alignment across workstreams
  • Coordinate with vendors, artisans, fabricators, and suppliers to manage production cycles and deliverables
  • Oversee product development processes from research through prototyping to production readiness
  • Maintain structured documentation including trackers, decision logs, and project updates
  • Define and coordinate material and technical research, including testing and evaluation of samples
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Conduct regular project reviews and share clear updates, risks, and action plans
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to improve workflow efficiency
  • Support the development and implementation of studio systems and operational best practices
  • Ensure consistent execution quality while balancing timelines, costs, and technical feasibility

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3–7 years of experience in project coordination, production management, or operations
  • Background in design studios, architecture, product development, or related environments preferred
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to manage complex workflows
  • Appreciation for design, materials, and craftsmanship, with attention to quality and detail
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive execution independently
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with close collaboration with leadership
  • Problem-solving ability with a focus on efficiency and process improvement
  • Calm, reliable, and assertive when required to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
