In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n* Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home\n* Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA\n* Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors\n* Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA\n* Attend required team meetings and training sessions\n\nWhat We Offer\n* Competitive hourly pay: $23 - $30/hour\n* Training and support to obtain RBT certification\n* Career growth opportunities within the ABA field\n* Mileage reimbursement\n* Health, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time employees)\n\nWhat You'll Need\n* High school diploma or equivalent\n* Experience working with children\n* Passion for supporting children with special needs\n* Reliable transportation\n* Active CPR certification (Required)\n* RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe\n\nPhysical Requirements\n* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds\n* Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods\n* Comfortable engaging in play and physical activity with children\n\nAbout Us – Windwatch Behavioral Services, a Finni Health Company\nWindwatch Behavioral Services partners with Finni Health to provide compassionate, in-home ABA therapy.
