As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Product Specialist.

Job Description

  • Day-to-day ordering support and customer service activities for assigned accounts. This includes order requests, order processing, purchasing, etc...D

  • Ensure data accuracy & integrity and support in order delivery in a timely manner.

  • Analyze line items to determine appropriate pricing model.

  • Identify and action purchase order reschedules, cancellations, and purchasing products to authorized levels.

  • Manage inventory availability to established stock rules. Support product allocation process at a device and customer level.

  • Determine the correct item based on vendor product configuration information and create the appropriate SKU.

  • Serve as a liaison between Arrow’s internal resources (internal sales, engineers, suppliers, purchasing, and other corporate departments), vendor resources, and customers.

  • Demonstrate a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers’ behalf, anticipate our customers’ requirements and communicate efforts in a timely and effective manner.

  • Create a strong relationships with our internal sales departments in Europe.

  • Serve as a liaison between Arrow’s internal resources (internal sales, engineers, suppliers, purchasing, and other corporate departments), vendor resources, and customers.

  • Demonstrate a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers’ behalf, anticipate our customers’ requirements and communicate efforts in a timely and effective manner.

  • Create a strong relationships with our internal sales departments in Europe

  • Compiling and distributing standard reports for internal stock, SKU management etc.

¿WHO YOU ARE?

  • You already have few years of experience at similar position (processing orders, sales support, purchasing etc.)

  • You are fluent in English. Any additional European language will be a great plus

  • You are a proficient user of MS Excel and the other MS Office tools

  • You have an experience with ERP systems

  • You are able to identify and assesses the problem, find the solution and make decisions on your own

  • You know how to work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision

  • You are able to work overtime hours if needed (usually at month / quarter / year-end)

Experience / Education

  • Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience."

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred): Typically, in a relevant field such as: Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics

  • Detail Oriented
