Position: Middle Fullstack Engineer (QC) | Hybrid

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Qualifications:

Over 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with strong skills in Java/Kotlin Spring Boot and modern front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or similar

Practical knowledge of graph databases (preferably Neo4j) and relational databases (preferably MySQL)

Experience working with AWS cloud services and understanding of cloud deployment and scaling concepts

Familiarity with agile development practices and collaborative team environments

Understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns

Knowledge of modern development tools, including version control systems, build tools, and testing frameworks

Good communication skills in English and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Relevant certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development:

Develop and maintain applications covering both back-end APIs and front-end interfaces

Integrate databases, including graph and relational types, into applications

Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces that interact seamlessly with back-end APIs

Ensure smooth data flow and integration across front-end, back-end, and database layers

Back-End Development:

Create and manage microservices using Spring Boot with Java or Kotlin

Develop efficient data access patterns and database integration logic

Build RESTful APIs adhering to best practices for security, performance, and maintainability

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues within the back-end stack

Front-End Development:

Design engaging user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React

Implement responsive designs compatible across various devices and browsers

Create reusable UI components and maintain consistent user experience standards

Connect front-end applications with back-end APIs and manage real-time data updates

Team Collaboration & Growth:

Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and team members to deliver integrated solutions

Participate actively in agile ceremonies, planning, and estimation sessions

Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance skills and code quality
