Lead Producer - (Contract) Malaysia

Lead Producer to join internal Unity project team in Malaysia. Drive production process, align teams across disciplines, set priorities, manage milestones, and ensure communication between internal teams and global partners. Initially focus on internal project but evolve into a co-development services role supporting external partners. Responsibilities include building project schedules, sprint plans, identifying risks, mentoring associates, and developing processes for external projects. Qualifications include 5+ years of production experience with at least 2 years in lead/senior producer capacity; experience managing multi-disciplinary teams; knowledge of agile/scrum; strong communication and time management; passion for games and collaborative leadership. Note: This role is contract to start with potential to convert to full-time with benefits.
