As a Nekst Transaction Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting real estate professionals by managing and coordinating complex transaction workflows across multiple brokerages and regions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end real estate transactions from contract to close within Nekst
- Coordinating with agents, clients, escrow officers, and vendors to ensure transaction milestones are met
- Supporting and improving transaction coordination workflows across various brokerages
- Ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations, brokerage requirements, and documentation standards
- Maintaining organized, up-to-date transaction files and records in Nekst and internal systems
- Monitoring timelines, identifying risks, and resolving issues to prevent closing delays
- Adapting workflows for regional differences while maintaining consistent service quality
- Communicating updates, deadlines, and requirements across stakeholders and time zones
- Implementing and refining best practices to improve efficiency and scalability
- Assisting with training and supporting team members on Nekst and transaction processes
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of real estate transaction coordination experience
- Proven experience managing end-to-end real estate transactions from contract to close
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent real estate transactions across different regions
- Strong proficiency with Nekst or similar real estate transaction management platforms
- Solid understanding of real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Experience supporting United States real estate transactions
- Experience coordinating and communicating with real estate agents, clients, escrow/title officers, and vendors throughout a transaction
- Experience ensuring real estate transaction compliance with state-specific regulations, brokerage requirements, and documentation standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Darwin
- Experience using Broker Kit
- Strong attention to detail and organizational/documentation skills
- Effective communication skills with agents, clients, and cross-functional teams
- Proactive problem-solving ability
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and regional nuances
