As part of the expansion of our freelance network, we are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to perform Customer Experience evaluations across Cyrpus in key locations including Nicosia and Limassol.

This is a freelance, project-based collaboration. Assignments are compensated, clearly structured, and assigned based on your location and availability.

The Role

As a Freelance Customer Experience Evaluator, you will assess real customer journeys and provide structured feedback through our digital platform.

This role is ideal for students, early-career professionals, or anyone looking for flexible, occasional work.

Responsibilities

  • Select assignments based on your availability and location
  • Visit assigned locations and evaluate the full customer experience
  • Pay close attention to details such as service quality, environment, and interactions
  • Assess both in-store and digital touchpoints, including follow-up communication
  • Submit structured and objective feedback via short online questionnaires
